ward activity
Our ward did a talent show/chili cook-off. They wanted our family to do some numbers, but we are always doing strings and piano, so we had Dave play the trombone (he was AWESOME!) and Akayla clogged (AWESOME as well!!). I am so glad I grabbed my camera before we went to the ward activity. In fact I was so on top of things that I took pictures before we went. Then when we got there the only picture I remembered to take was of Adri winning the cupcake walk. Oh well, they looked cute before we went.

I like the chili cook off thing. My roommate is ward activity chair, and he's looking for good ideas. I'm not so sure I'd want to try some of the stuff we'd get though...
Elli is such a cheese wad! I love it! She is so cute in all the pictures. What a ham. Anyway, that's great that Dave was able to play the trombone. What a fun ward activity. I'm glad you all had fun. Not a fan of chili but it seems to be the staple of so many fall parties. Oh well.
What a great collage. It looks like glamour shots. Is it your photo-taking ability, or is it just your beautiful kids? Whatever the reason, it looks great.
Why does chili always relate to October? I hate chili. Did you guys get sick of it?
I wish I could've been there to see the Ferrara display. Man, you guys are talented. No wonder they always call you...
I don't get really excited about chili either. Oh well!

Wow 25 different kinds of chili?! We are doing a chili cookoff for Halloween too, but I think we'll probably only have a few different kinds. Wish I could have seen Dave and Akayla performing!
