Akayla and Corina decided to have a fall party this year. They've been out of school for 3 weeks and they have been missing their friends like crazy! I'm all about parties, and I had more fun than they did planning it! They had about 20 kids here - guys and girls from 7th and 8th grade. We played a bunch of fun games (ever need a fun group game idea - give me a call....I have TONS!). They went on a photo scavenger hunt -- each team had a disposable camera and a list of pictures to take with possible points to earn for each picture (like....a toilet, or people kissing, or the coolest car, etc.). They had 45 minutes to get back, then I took the cameras to a 1 hour photo place. While they waited for their pictures they roasted hot dogs over a fire and had lots of yummy food. They also did a doughnut hang and played tag outside. They have some great friends!! I have loved getting to know them and I am so glad my girls have chosen good people to hang out with! Teenagers aren't all that bad - at least not yet! Here's some pictures -- yet another collage! It's my favorite way to use my pictures now!
good things:
good clean fun
teenagers
boys & girls learning to be FRIENDS!

I love your collage, I especially love that your kids are such great examples of good teenagers. Thanks for making the teen years look so great! (I need hints on the collages)
That sounds like tons of fun. I bet it was a big hit with all their friends!
Is it me, or are your kids just climbing the social ladder higher and higher every day? They're stinkin' popular! Do you guys have a party like every weekend? It's amazing.
You sure have great ideas. I've never known such a party animal as you, Ang.
You are a saint...I didn't realize teenagers could be a good thing, but you give me hope!
You're amazing. Having teenage girls truly scares me to death. I hope my girls turn out as sweet of teenagers as yours are.
Looks like it was a very fun party!! You are such a fun mom.
